LINC Application - Sioux Falls Food Co+op

LINC is a food access program that shoppers can enroll in to become a Sioux Falls Co+op owner/member at no cost to them. People living on a limited income qualify for this program and while the Co+op will not require or perform income verification to be accepted into the program, funds are limited and have specific intent. The Co+op appreciates applicant integrity when applying.

Who qualifies? Some examples would be those receiving WIC or SNAP benefits, guardians whose minors receive free or reduced school lunch, those living in Section 8 or HUD housing, and any people in need of better food access.

By submitting this application to be considered for the LINC program, I acknowledge that I fit the qualifications and will benefit from this program’s intended purpose. I understand that there are allocated funds attributed to this program and that if the funds are depleted at the time of my application, enrollment into the LINC program will be at pause until more funds are raised - in which case I will be placed on a waiting list.
